A gentle and engaging wellbeing resource designed to help young children feel safe, supported, confident, and cared for.
 
The My Hand of Trust Unit brings together music, visuals, discussion, movement, and simple learning activities to support meaningful conversations around safety, emotions, trusted adults, body awareness, and help-seeking in a calm and age-appropriate way.
 
Rather than using a single teaching approach, this unit combines posters, songs, workbook activities, videos, and guided reflection to support different learning styles and help children connect more deeply with the wellbeing messages being explored.
By hearing, seeing, discussing, singing, and interacting with the concepts in multiple ways, children are given repeated opportunities to build understanding, confidence, emotional connection, and recall.
