We all feel an emptiness in our hearts when someone we love isn’t close to us, and children often feel this even more deeply.
 
This poster reminds children that even in times of change and when they feel at a loss, there is always something they can do. It invites them to be kind to themselves and offers a positive, loving way to respond to missing family or friends – by thinking happy thoughts, seeing their loved ones in a positive light, and sending love from their heart to those they miss.
