This poster is a wonderful reminder for children to call upon their inner strength when starting something new, with the affirmation “I can do it,” and to remember that it’s only a moment in time. It also encourages them to be discerning and take responsibility for their wellbeing – to pause and check that it is safe to move forward with whatever choice they make.
